Emergency services have raced to the scene of a crash this morning, with firefighters having to free one person from their vehicle.
Two cars collided on Station Road in Netley Abbey shortly before 9am, with the ambulance and fire services from Hightown and St Mary’s attending.
One person is in the care of the ambulance service, with both engines leaving the scene at 9.09am.
First Southampton are advising passengers that as the road is closed Service 6 will be diverting along Ingleside in both directions.
