A COMMUNITY group are celebrating after they were given cash to help towards the refurbishment of their base.
North Baddesley Baptist Church received a grant from the Landfill Communities Fund which they used to finish the work to upgrade the church hall. Baddesley Baptist Church held a thanksgiving tea to celebrate the completion of the work to their church hall.
The latest phase of the work involved the repainting and replacing the badly worn flooring with modern slip-resistant sheet vinyl. Members of the church say they were very grateful to receive a grant of £3,246 towards the cost of this new flooring from Viridor Credits Environmental Company.
