The following cases were heard in Southampton Magistrates’ Court:

Patrick Joseph Lenihan, 58, of Carlton Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving with 93 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath in Harbour Parade, Southampton on March 8. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol. Lenihan was disqualified from driving for 26 months and ordered to pay a £100 fine, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.

Mohammed Akbar, 60, of Pine Walk, Chilworth. Found guilty of going through a traffic light, in Bassett Avenue, on July 5, 2016. Akbar was given three points on his licence and fined £200, a £30 victim surcharge and £250 in court costs.

Tomas Cesevicius, 43, of Masons Avenue, Croydon, London. Pleaded guilty to stealing a £15 bottle of Smirnoff Vodka from Asda in Southampton on November 27. Cesevicius was fined £250, with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Wayne Daniel Cull, 38, of Gordon Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to burgling the Pumpkin Cafe in Southampton, and stealing an employee’s bag on March 3 and for failing to surrender to custody while on bail, on March 27. Cull was jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Scott Harry Thomas Holden, 28, of Butts Road, Sholing, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving with 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath in St Marys Road, Southampton on March 22. The legal limit is 35. Holden was disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £500, a £70 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.

Ryan Peter Michael Ward, 27, of Shales Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis on March 21. Ward was disqualified from driving for 24 months and fined £600. He was also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark Michael Clark, 38, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing a large Panasonic TV belonging to Southampton University from a building, in University Road, on August 3, 2016. Clark was handed a community order and banned from Southampton University premises for a year.

Jennifer Louise Doswell, 35, of Baddesley Road, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath on March 23. Doswell was fined £600, disqualified from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.

Nicholas Charles Berry, 43, of Cumbrian Way, Millbrook, Southampton. Admitted driving 66-reg BMW on Chiltern Green, Southampton, with excess alcohol on April 2. The alcohol reading was 54 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £100, with £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

Nicholas Stokes, 37, of Woolston Road, Netley Abbey. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly on Itchen Bridge on April 2. Conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £20 costs.
