ASHLEY JAMES McGURK, 30, of Orpen Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to entering a building with intent to steal. and threatening behaviour. Jailed for 24 weeks and ordered to pay victim service charge £115.

LEEANN AMANDA PRICE, 39, of Rumbridge Street, Totton. Pleaded guilty to theft, guilty to assault and guilty to damaging a room. Jailed for 21 days suspended for six months. Ordered to pay victim service charge £115, costs £85 and £115 compensation.

LISA MARSH, 46, of Marlhill Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failure to notifying a local authority about a change of circumstances which would affect her entitlement to housing benefit. Community order made including unpaid work. Ordered to pay victim surcharged £85 and costs £85.

RYAN ALBERT GEORGE EASTMAN-BADDAMS, 23, of Northbrook Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months. Alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement. Victim service charge £115. Costs £85.

RUFARO TINASHE MANDIKI, 27, of James Weld Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting three different people on the same day and using violence to enter a premises. Community order made including curfew for three months. Victim service charge £85. Costs £85. Compensation £150.

GRANT JOHN ADAMS, 45, of Southampton Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting two people. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Compensation £100. Costs £85.

JORDAN FREDERICK BRUCE, 23, of Wharncliffe House, Woolston. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made including rehabilitation requirement. Restraining order made. Victim surcharge £85.

CHRISTOPHER PAUL REECE, 36, of Forest Hill Way, Dibden Purlieu. Pleaded guilty to assault, drink driving and driving without insurance. Community order and a restraining order made. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Victim surcharge £85. Fined £100.

ALICE HOGARTY, 28, of Hyssop Close, Whiteley. Admitted drink driving. Ordered to attend a drink-impaired drivers course for 14 days, do 40 hours unpaid work, pay an £85 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for 23 months.

GISELLE PARTRIDGE, 50, of Knatchbull Close, Romsey. Admitted drink driving. Banned from driving for 16 months, fined £218 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ELLIOTT WELLS, 20, of Brookwood Road, Millbrook, Southampton. Admitted criminal damage. Ordered to undertake rehabilitation activity for up to 20 days, 60 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £250.

PHILIP ALAN GARY WHITE, 31, of Shraves Hill Close, Totton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Banned from driving for four years, ordered to undertake rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 30 days, fined £200 with £30 victim surcharge.

DAVID BIDDLECOMBE, 51, of Lucas Close, Rownhams. Admitted fishing on Frank Lake, Totton, without a licence. Fined £130 with £30 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

CHRISTOPHER BLACK, 27, of Viking Close, Lordshill, Southampton. Admitted fishing without a licence at Broadlands Lake. Fined £40 with £80 costs.

KINI WILLIAM HAILSTONE, 22, of Chilcombe Road, Harefield, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft. Given a 12-month conditional discharge. Ordered to pay £25 compensation and £20 victim services surcharge.

JESSIE MICHAEL CROSS, 20, of Ludlow Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to trespass with the intent to steal. Ordered to carry out 150 hours community service and pay £300 compensation and £150 costs.

ABIGAIL MARIE HOCKING, 27, of Windermere Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft. Six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a victim services charge of £20.

MARLON JONATHAN WALTERS, 31, of Tatwin Crescent, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.
