Severe rush-hour delays on Hampshire motorway after crash
MOTORISTS are facing severe delays after a crash on a Hampshire motorway.
The incident happened between junction five and six on the M3 southbound at about 4pm.
Traffic is building heading towards Basingstoke and queues of nine-mile queues are being reported.
