HUNDREDS of music fans descended on Eastleigh to witness some of the country's finest tribute acts perform in the sun over the Bank Holiday.
More than one thousand people attended PhoneyFEST at the Concorde Club, in Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh.
By the end of today more than 40 acts will have performed on three different stages as part of the event, believed to be the biggest tribute festival in the South.
The three-day festival, which began on Friday, has seen tribute acts from George Michael to the late legend Michael Jackson and soul legends The Stylistics to 90s heartthrobs Take That, Lady Gaga and Madonna.
Speaking at the event over the weekend, Jamie Mathieson, Concorde Club's director, said: "It has been going very good, the weather is holding out.
"Over the whole weekend we will have had about 1,000 people come through the door.
"There are acts all the way through from noon until midnight.
"This is the sixth year we have done it so it has grown and grown... The hotel is full.
"A lot of people come every year so it shows they are happy with it.
"I will start thinking about the plans for next year on Monday. I think it is a good small festival.”
