The following cases were among those heard at Southampton Magistrates Court.

MARTIN WALTER HEWITT, 48, of Ringwood Road, Three Legged Cross, Wimborne. Pleaded guilty to speeding on August 23 2016. Hewitt was fined £100 and his driving licence was endorsed with three points. He was disqualified from driving for six months for repeat offending.

CLARE LOUISE PAULL, 30, of Oak Bridge House, 308 Salisbury Road, Totton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance on September 11 2016. Paull was fined £25, with a victim surcharge of £30 and her driving licence was endorse with six points.

NIGEL STEVEN ROE, 34, of Millbrook Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour and stealing on February 25. Roe was committed to prison for 3 months, with £115 victim surcharge.

LEON GRANT SAILS, 30, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to damaging a BMW registration on March 6. Sails was discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

MARK ALAN CAPRICE, 40, of Laburnum Road, Southampton. Indicated plea of guilty for possession of cannabis. Caprice was fined £250, and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

IAN LLOYD HOWELL, 39, of Glen Eyre Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance on January 22. Howell was fined £350 and disqualified from driving for 18 months, with a £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

CARL PATRICK JEFFERIES, 38, of Blissford Road, Blissford. Indicated plea of guilty to stealing. Community order made, with £85 victim surcharge.

COLLEEN MCCARTNEY, 43, of Atlantis Court, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing on December 17 2016. McCartney was discharged conditionally for 18 months, and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DWAYNE ALEXANDER SPLATT, 37, of Walsall Street, Southampton, Pleaded guilty to cannabis possession. Splatt was discharged conditionally for 18 months and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

TONY WARD, 48, of Hightown Tower, Warburton Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing on March 22. Ward was committed to jail for one month suspended for 12 months.

KIERAN WOOLF, 27, of Gladys Avenue, Portsmouth. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Community order made, including unpaid work. Woolf also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

WAYNE JOHNSON, 44, of New North Road, Exeter. Indicated plea of guilty for stealing. Johnson was committed to jail for eight weeks concurrent and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharges.

BRIAN HILL, 47, of Priest Croft Drive, Southampton. Indicated plea of guilty to stealing. Fined £250, with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ALEXANDRA JOHNSON, 32, of Weston Lane, Southampton. Indicated plea of guilty to stealing on April 3. Committed to jail for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, with £115 victim surcharge.

NICHOLAS GEORGE DAVID STUTTLE, 26, NFA. Pleaded guilty to committing fraud using another’s bank card on November 22 last year. Stuttle was ordered to pay compensation of £231.84.

AMANDA JANE RODGERS, 42, of Warburton Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat items from the supermarket. Rodgers was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

STEVEN DAVID DRURY, 41, NFA. Indicated plea of guilty to stealing alcohol. Drury was committed to prison for four weeks, and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
