THREE men charged with the alleged murder of businessman Guy Hedger have appeared in court.
Jason Baccus, 41, and Scott Keeping, 44, both of Verney Close in West Howe, and Kevin Downton, 40, of Winterborne Stickland near Blandford, were brought before Poole Magistrates’ Court this morning.
They are all charged with murder.
At court this morning they spoke only to confirm their names, ages and addresses.
Mr Hedger, 61, died as a result of gunshot wounds following an incident during the early hours of Sunday, April 30, at his home at Castlewood near St Ives.
Prosecuting was Lee Turner who asked the court for the matter to be referred to Winchester Crown Court.
All three men have been remanded into custody and will appear before Crown Court judges on Tuesday, May 9.
Representing Baccus was Leah Dillon, representing Keeping was Holly Huxtable and representing Downton was James Moore.
