The following cases were among those heard at Southampton Magistrates Court:

STEPHEN JAMES PARKER, 50, of Hinton Crescent, Southampton. Pleaded guilty refusing to comply with breath analysis on October 7 last year. A community order was made, and Parker was fined £60, with £85 victim surcharge and £60 costs.

MICHAEL ANTROBUS, 25, of Beech Crescent, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. A community order was made, including unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 23 months. Antrobus was also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ALIN PETRU CIOBANU, 36, of Lea Bridge Road, London. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Ciobanu was disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £650, with £65 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SIMON PATRICK FLOOD, 26, of St Andrews Road, Portsmouth. Admitted breaching suspended sentence order. Flood was given a suspended sentence of four weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £30 costs.

KEVIN JOHN FREEMAN, 48, of Argyle Road, Southampton. Indicated plea of guilty to cannabis possession. Freeman was fined £80, with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SAMANTHA JANE PHILLIPS, 42, of Westridge Road, Southampton. Proved in absence, driving under the influence of drugs. Phillips was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £100 with £30 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

MICHAEL ROY STIMSON, 34, NFA. Admitted breaching supervision requirements following release from imprisonment. An order was made to continue and Stimson was fined £30.

GARETH JAMES LEWIS, 30, of Malvern Drive, Dibden Purlieu, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. A community order was made and Lewis was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He was ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

EMMA LOUISE CECILIA PATTISON-DE BELLASIS, 31, of Lake Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £385, with £38 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

STUART JAMES MILLER, 26, of Richmond Road, Shirley. Pleaded guilty to speeding on August 31 last year. Miller’s driving licence was endorsed with four points. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

NICHOLAS LABRAM, 44, of Mansel Road East, Millbrook, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to being in charge of a dangerously out of control dog. A community order was made, and Labram was fined £10 and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

SCOTT HENRY ARMSTRONG, 40, of Blanch Close, London. Found guilty of driving without due care and attention. Armstrong’s driving licence was endorsed with seven points. He was fined £165, with £30 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

LISA ANN HUGHES, 48, of The Milsons, Stockbridge. Indicated plea of guilty to theft. Hughes was discharged conditionally for six months, with £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

KARL PAUL HOFFMAN, 33, of Merrydown Road, Bitterne. Pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour and damaging property. A community order was made, and Hoffman was fined £100. He was ordered to pay compensation of £80, with £85 victim surcharge.

CHARLOTTE POWNEY, 25, of Blythe Road, Corfe Mullen, Dorset. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with traffic signs and driving without due care. Powney was fined £585 and her driving licence was endorsed with seven points, with £85 costs.

SCOTT ROY ANDREW HUNT, 42, of Lansdowne Gardens, Bournemouth. Indicated plea of guilty to possession of amphetamine and stealing a sat nav from a vehicle. Hunt was committed to prison for three months suspended for three months and fined £80, with £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
