THE FOLLOWING cases were among those heard at Southampton Magistrates Court.

Pavel Turtak, 49, of Waterloo Road, Southampton. Guilty of drunk and disorderly behaviour, discharged conditionally for 12 months, victim surcharge of £20, costs £80.

Peter Fleming, 50, of Gleneagle Road, Stratham. Failed to surrender custody, fined £100, surcharge of £30

James Hatcher, 40, of Paigton Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine and also pleaded guilty to sending threatening messages, ordered to be under curfew for 90 days, victim surcharge of £85.

Nicola White,41, of Shannon Road, Fareham. Pleaded guilty to being over the drink drive limit. Disqualified from driving for 22 months, fined £440, surcharge of £44, costs of £85

Ben Rowell, 20, of Brading Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a wall at St Mary’s Stadium. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

Ismail Khater, 34, of Foyes Court, Shirley Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to be guilty of an offence. Disqualified from driving for six months, six points taken from license, fined £210, victim surcharge £30.

Charlene Cross, 19, of Cranbury Place, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting two police officers, pleaded guilty to stealing £9 worth of Nivea cream from Tesco, also pleaded guilty to assaulting five people. Community order to carry out 60 days unpaid work , and rehabilitation order. Compensation £25

Brian Woodnutt, 54 of Blackwater Drive,Totton, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of wine worth £9 belonging to Morrison Supermarket. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, costs £85, surcharge £20

Abbas Alli, 20, of James Street, Southampton. Found guilty of owning a vehicle without insurance requirements. Fined £60, surcharge £20, costs £20.

Ryan Balch, 28, of Fen Avenue, Fareham. Found guilty of owning a vehicle without insurance requirements. Fined £220, costs £110, surcharge £30

Brian Francis, 40, of Cable Street, Eastleigh. Found guilty of keeping a vehicle on a public road without permission. Fined £220, costs £100

Tonya Guest, of Woodhay Walk, Havant. Drove a car which was not licensed. Fined £660, excise back duty £75.54, costs £100

Mark Mclaughlin, 26, of Beecham Berry, Basingstoke. Kept a car which was not licensed on a public road. Fined £220, excise back duty £58.75, costs £100

Kirn Kaur, 36, of Winterslowe Drive, Havant. Kept an unlicensed car on a public road. Fined £220, excise back duty £49.17, costs £100.

Jessica Jackson, 39, of Wootton Bridge, Ryde, Isle of Wight. In charge of a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements.Fined £220, costs £110, surcharge £30

Matthew Hicks, of Handel Close, Basingstoke. In charge of a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements. Fined £220, costs £110, surcharge £30.

THOMAS NATHAN AMOS, 30, of Shelley Road, Totton, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to theft. Jailed for 28 days suspended for 12 months, with £115 victim surcharge.

IAN MARK LOVELESS, 57, of Ravenscourt Road, Lymington, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Licence was endorsed with six points. He was fined £1061 with £106 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SPENCER CHARLES HORTON, 39, of Brockhurst Road, Gosport. Guilty to theft. Conditional discharged for 12 months, with £20 victim surcharge.

JARED COLIN MCCANTS, 20, of Rumbridge Gardens, Totton, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Fined £146 with £30 victim surcharge. Three points on his licence.

SARAH JANE KEPPLE, 39, of William Macleod Way, Southampton. Guilty to theft. Given community order was made.
