A SOUTHAMPTON man has been fined for criminal damage to a woman's property.
Christopher David Miller, 33, admitted damaging a wall and a phone belonging to Kirsty-Ann Miller on April 17, Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard.
He denied assaulting Ms Miller and he was found not guilty after no evidence was offered by the prosecution.
Miller, of Ridding Close, Shirley, was fined £160 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. There was no order for compensation as no claim was made.
