Flames spread to bungalow and garage as car is completely gutted by fire
A CAR has been completely destroyed by a fire which then spread to a bungalow.
Crews from Fareham and Gosport were called to a car fire at 12 noon today on Cavanna Close in Bridgemary near Fareham.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Fire and Rescue service said: “The fire completely destroyed the vehicle but also spread to another car which was partially damaged by the flames, a garage and the roof of a bungalow which were left mildly damaged.”
Crews left the scene at 12.40pm after extinguishing the flames with two jets and one hose reel.
Nobody was injured in the blaze and the cause is not yet known.
