Frank Fogorty, 70, of Miller House, Bishopstoke, Eastleigh found guilty of assault. Fined £100, surcharge of £85, costs £310.

Carly Hamilton, 29, of HMP Bronzefield, Surrey. Pleaded guilty to stealing items from Boots, items worth £409.96 from TK Maxx and items to the value of £489.95 from TK Maxx. Jailed for 24 days.

Curtis Hodder, 24, of Kendall Avenue, Millbrook, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without insurance, MOT and a driving licence. Fined £120, surcharge £30, costs £85, and disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Patrick Magill, 53, of Cranleigh Road, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of Smirnoff from Sainsbury’s to the value of £6.50. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £3.25, surcharge of £20 and £85 costs.

Casey Shaw, 25, of Oakwood Drive, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching sexual offences prevention order by deleting internet history and failing to provide user names and passwords while using a social network. Costs £85, fined £150, surcharge £30.

Tiffany Jones, 22, of Meggeson Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £260, surcharge £30, costs £85, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Andrew Phillips, 31, of Cutforth Way, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £120, surcharge £30, costs £85, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Katrina Chalk, 44, of Landguard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a window and assault. Conditionally discharged for 18 months, restraining order imposed, compensation of £30.

Danny Wall, 26, of Balmoral Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer in their line of duty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, surcharge £20, costs £85.

Thomas Anthony Wellman, 20, of Mardale Road, Millbrook, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of two bikes of unknown value. Community order made including 120 hours of unpaid work. Victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Stephen Mathew West, 30, of Sylvia Crescent, Totton, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour. Community order made including 120 hours of unpaid work. Victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Magdalena Dmitrzak, 38, of South Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing items valued at £289.78 belonging to TK Maxx. Discharged conditionally for six months. Victim surcharge £20 and costs of £85.

Jade Stephanie Green, 24, of Defender Raod, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing items valued at £188 belonging to Debenhams. Discharged conditionally for six months. Victim surcharge £20.

Radoslaw Wezka, 24, of Portswood Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £230. Victim surcharge £30. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 17 months. Driving record endorsed.

Gavin Keith Howells, 34, of Brookwood Road, Millbrook. Pleaded guilty to stealing a robot dog valued at £170 belonging to Toys R Us, meat valued at £75 belonging to Sainsbury’s and a tile cutter valued at £289.99. Also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody Committed to prison for eight weeks. Compensation £364.99.
