Basingstoke Magistrates Court
PHILIP Tubby failed to comply by the requirements of a community order.
Tubby, 42, of Colebrook Street, Winchester, did not turn up to do unpaid work on February 18 and March 15, magistrates in Basingstoke were told.
They fined him £40 and on top of the unpaid work still to be completed they added three extra days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
