A second crash on a busy Hampshire road caused delays just a few hours after drivers face two-hour-long rush hour tailbacks.
The outside lane of the Redbridge Causeway entry slip road (outbound) was blocked as a result of the incident, which occured shortly after 12.30pm.
Drivers faced delays along Redbridge Road into Southampton and along the M271.
The incident was cleared at around 1.30pm, and delays are slowly easing.
This morning, drivers faced delays of more than two hours after one lane was blocked on the Redbridge Causeway (inbound) at around 7.20am, which caused delays severe delays in the surrounding area.
Queues stretched back through Totton, as well as on the Totton Bypass, Marchwood Bypass, Spicers Hill, Hunters Hill and the A326.
Motorist suffered tailbacks stretching back as far as Ashurst.
The lane was reopened at around 8.40am, with traffic easing around half an hour later
