Among the court cases heard at Southampton Magistrates on June 6 are:

Kirk James Harrison, 30, of Rufford Close, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Fined £72 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.

Rachel Jayne Hughes-Freeman, 38, of Deerleap Lane, Marchwood. Pleaded guilty to stealing three candles worth £71.92 from Boots, breaching a suspended sentence. Fined £40, ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim services surcharge and suspended sentence period extended by 24 months.

Keith Arthur Phillpot, 54, of Mansel Road East, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie Robert John Sarginson, 28, of Southampton Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a car to an unknown value with intent to destroy or damage it. Community order made and ordered to pay £350 compensation.

Chelsea Louise Christina Williams, 21, of Lyon Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing clothes and children’s items from Debenhams. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim services discharge.

Oladapo Ajayeoba, 33, of Milton Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £280 and ordered to pay £30 victim services surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Dean Bradley Weight, 27, of Cupernham Lane, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without insurance. Community order made and ordered to carry out 140 hours unpaid work. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim services surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Amanda Wilson, 34, of Gardner Way, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Fined £145 and ordered to pay £20 victim services surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Jun Liu, 32, of Radcliffe Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving through a level crossing on Mount Pleasant Road after the lights had already been flashing. Fined £107 and ordered to pay £30 victim services surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Jacob Lee Woodford, 24, of Townhill Park, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Fined £36 and ordered to pay £30 victim services surcharge and £60 costs.

Callum Curtis, 18, of no fixed address. Found guilty of breaking a window with intent. Community order made and restraining order in place at a Fordingbridge address. Ordered to pay £85 victim services surcharge and £100 costs.

Robert Wheeler, 18, of Crestwood View, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim services surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Neil Fenn, 39, of Widgeon Close, Gosport. Found guilty of driving without insurance. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim services surcharge and £110 costs.

Matthew Goodyear, 27, of Bedford Road, Fareham. Found guilty of driving without insurance. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim services surcharge and £110 costs.

Stacey John White, 45, of Battery Hill, Winchester. Found guilty of driving on a public road when the vehicle was declared as off the road. Fined £220 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise duty £33.25 and £90 costs.
