Police have released a man who had been arrested after a police chase on a Hampshire motorway.
The vehicle was chased along the M27 after officers were called to reports of an Audi TT being stolen in Portsmouth at 7.25am on Friday.
The vehicle was pursued along the motorway, and then the A31, before it came to a stop in Boundary Lane, in St Leonards, Dorset.
A 20-year-old man, of no fixed abode, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drugs, and driving whilst disqualified.
He has been released but remains under investigation.
