The following cases were heard in Southampton Magistrates Court.

Miranda Frake, 29, of Chepstow Close, Totton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. Fined £95 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, £30 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

Iain Gerald Trott, 48, of James Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing two squash bottles worth £5.98 from WHSmith. Given a nine-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim services surcharge.

Kyle Nicholas John Benham, 26, of Flushards, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of cocaine. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim services surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Eamon Anthony Beresford, 40, of St Mary’s Road, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty to stealing four bottles of spirits worth £104 from an Eastleigh Sainsburys. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £35 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

Marc Ian Field, 39, of Brook Avenue North, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim services surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Adam Belo Omar, 38, of Bank Street, Bishops Waltham. Pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

Martinho Freitas Pinto, 56, of Craven Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without insurance. Fined £115 and ordered to pay £30 victim services surcharge and £35 costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Louise Rebecca Barlow, 36, of North Close, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to damaging a patio door. Community order made and curfew requirement from 9pm until 7am. Ordered to pay £140 compensation.

Janusz Aleksander Gorecki, 47, of Suffolk Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £225 and ordered to pay £30 victim services surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Alexandra Elizabeth Mairis, 26, of Alexander Square, Eastleigh. Found guilty of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Pleaded guilty to failing to appear at court. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim services surcharge and £80 costs.

Lisa May Murray, 21 of Warlock Close in Southampton pleaded guilty to beating another woman. Sentenced to six weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay at victim surcharge of £115 and £85 in costs.

Shaun James Pannell, 32 of Princes House in Southampton pleaded not guilty but was found guilty in his absence for beating a male.Must comply with an alcohol treatment requirement, he must have for alcohol dependency for six month and participate in any activity required by a responsible officer for ten days. Fined £20. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £100.

Robert Shaun Dillon Johnston, 22 of Tytherley Road assaulted an officer in his line of duty. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to seven days in prison.

Terrence Krisha Nathan Subramani, 22 of Kingsland House pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of beating a man as part of an unknown group. He was found to have played a leading role in the pre-meditated group attack on the man. Over the next 12 months he must carry out100 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £120.
