Firefighters battled a blaze at a derelict warehouse in the New Forest.
Crews from Redbridge, Hightown, St Mary’s and Totton are at the building in Jackie Wigg Gardens in Totton.
The fire caused ‘quite a lot of smoke’, which has alerted residents.
A spokesperson for Hampshire fire and rescue said: “It is a warehouse that is on fire but it is derelict.
“We have requested the presence of police to close Brokenford Lane.”
Crews were first called to the blaze at 4.44pm but the fire is now out.
