MOTORISTS faced rush-hour delays after a vehicle broke down on a Hampshire motorway.
The incident happened at about 7am and left one lane of the M3 northbound blocked near junction seven.
There were reported delays of about 25 minutes approaching the area.
The vehicle has now been removed and traffic is returning to normal.
