Alec Peter Arioch Chadwick, 30, of Portswood Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Ordered to carry out 200 hours unpaid work and pay £420 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for three years.

Daniel Paul Thomas Shaw, 28, of Northlands Road, Southampton. Found guilty of four cases of assault. Sentenced to four months in prison, suspended for 18 months. Ordered to pay £870.95 compensation and £790 costs.

Codrut Freisinger, 38, of Spartina Drive, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to sending messages causing distress or anxiety. Community order made and ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid work. Restraining order also made, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim services surcharge.

Kirsty Janet Neilson, 30, of Northam Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to harassment of two people by sending abusive messages and phone calls. Community order and two restraining orders made. Fined £30 and ordered to pay £85 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew James Wallingford, 22, of Oxford Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim services surcharge.

Carl Blake Fowler, 31, of Cardinal Place, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to intending to cause unlawful damage by puncturing a tyre. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £35 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

Mikolas Tomorowicz, 25, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to causing unlawful damage and assault. Given a 20-week prison sentence suspended for 24 months and ordered to carry out 150 hours unpaid work. Ordered to pay £115 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

Harry Paul Edwards, 31, of Belmont Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and causing the unlawful damage of a phone. Community order made and fined £200. Ordered to pay £85 victim services surcharge, £85 costs and £20 compensation.

Vincent Glen Roy Gentles, 55, of Golden Grove, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to causing unlawful damage of a phone. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Darren Hartfield, 31, of Oakley Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim services surcharge.

Ben Nathan Hoggins, 36, of Spring Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Community order made and fined £350. Ordered to pay £85 victim services surcharge and £85 costs.

Karl Levis Antony Powell, 34, of Oxford Avenue, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating. Community order and restraining order made. Ordered to pay £200 compensation and £620 costs.

Darren William Robert Woodruff, 25, of Elgar Close, Southampton. Found guilty of driving a vehicle without insurance and without a licence authorising him to drive a vehicle of that class. Ordered to pay a fine of £525, victim surcharge of £52 and costs of £620. Driving record endorsed with eight points.

Lance Roy Scholes, 58, of Chiltern green. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat valued at £58.96 from John Lewis. Ordered to pay compensation of £30 and costs of £50.

Aaron Karl Bradder, 34, of Ludlow Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge £40 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

George Samuel Chick, 25, of Honeysuckle Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

David Edward George Phillips, 24, of Portswood Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing drugs. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.
