A GROUP of teachers joined to celebrate 75 years of educating young minds.

The language teachers have clocked the decades of teaching French and Spanish to around 1,000 local children.

They all deliver lessons to 5-11 year olds at local primary schools.

And as previously reported one of the teachers, Emma Hodder, was recently made Licensee of the Year by teaching resource company La Jolie Ronde.

Emma said: “It was fantastic to celebrate our achievements together this weekend. We are all extremely supportive of one another and regularly meet up to share ideas, therefore we all benefit from each others experience and knowledge, she added.”
