A BLAZE broke out on the balcony of a Southampton building.
Fire crews from Hightown, Redbridge and St Mary's were called to Neptune House in Neptune Way, Ocean Village, at about 4.50pm yesterday.
The fire was put out by 5.25pm and there were no reports of injuries.
