THE following cases were heard at West Hampshire Magistrates’ Court:

MICHAEL JOHN HUNT, 43, of Irvine Road, Redbridge, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. A community order was made. Hunt was fined £25, with £85 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

SUDATH KANNANGARA, 49, of Oaktree Road, Southampton. Found guilty of threatening words or behaviour. A community order was made, including an unpaid work requirement. Kannangara was ordered to pay £300 compensation.

KAYLEIGH ANN ADAMS, 31, Torque Close, Southampton. Indicated plea of guilty to cannabis possession. Adams was fined £80 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

LUKAS WILLIAM MICHAEL FUDGE, 32, of HMP Bullingdon, Bicester, Oxfordshire. Indicated plea of guilty to stealing three guitars to the value of £1,400. Fudge was committed to prison for two weeks and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

JASON ALVIN GEDDES, 39, of no fixed address. Indicated plea of guilty to possession of class C drugs. Geddes was fined £50 with £30 victim surcharge.

RYAN JOHN MCNEISH, 19, of Fryern Close, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to damaging a coach window to the value of £1,636.80 and to a hotel door to the value of £240. McNeish was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £1,876.80 compensation.

ADAM MICHAEL MOXOM, 48, of no fixed address. Indicated plea of guilty to sending indecent or offensive messages. Moxom was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

AUSRYS NARUSECIVICIUS, 40, of no fixed address. Found guilty of assault and use of threatening words or behaviour. A community order was made and Narusecivicius was ordered to pay £85 compensation.

LEWIS DAVID WOODS, 33, of Vanguard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without due care and attention and without insurance. Woods was fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

YVETTE JUNE GILBERT, 58, of Ashford Road, Fordingbridge. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Gilbert was fined £220 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Gilbert was disqualified from holding a licence for 20 months.

VALERIJS IVANOVS, 53, of Argyll Road, Bournemouth, Dorset. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Ivanovs was fined £500 with £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Ivanovs was disqualified from holding a licence for 20 months.

ROGER DAVID AMBROSE, 45, of Hawkers Close, Totton, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide breath analysis and damaging a police vehicle. Ambrose was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 18 months, with £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Ambrose was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

LUIS FERNANDES, 53, of Newcombe Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Fernandes was fined £100 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MANDY HODDER, 53, of Cambria Drive, Dibden, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. A community order was made. Hodder was fined £50 with £85 victim surcharge and £50 costs. Hodder was disqualified from holding a licence for 45 months.

JAMIE LEE PARKER, 20, of King Georges Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order and restraining order, £80 fine with £85 costs and £85 victim services surcharge.

JAMIE ANTHONY ROSTIGINA, 35, of Jowitt Drive, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to breaching non-molestation order. Community order, £20 fine and £85 victim services surcharge.

JOSEPH DILLAN LUCAS, 23, of High Street, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to stealing whisky valued at £17 from Tesco. Handed 18-month conditional discharge, told to pay £17 compensation and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol valued at £24.99 from Waitrose. Handed 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £24.99 compensation. Also admitted making off from filling station without payment. Handed 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £30.01 compensation.
