A south coast OllyΒ Murs concert has been cancelled after the event organiser announced they have gone bust.
The show, in Bournemouth,Β was set to draw thousands of people to Kings Park on Saturday, August 5.
The pop idol, who rose to fame following his appearance on X Factor, was due to be performing as part of aΒ seriesΒ of open-air performances being held throughout the summer across the country.
However, organisers of the Bournemouth show, Stephen C Associates, have released a statement on the Olly in the Park website to announce it has been cancelled - and they will be unable to offer refunds.

βWe deeply regret to inform you that the company Stephen C Associates Limited has ceased to trade. It is insolvent and is expected to go into liquidation shortly," it says.
βThe shows which will be cancelled are: The Olly Murs concerts planned for 29th July, the BSO Last Night of the Proms concert for the 30th July (Powderham Castle, Exeter) and Olly Murs concert on 5th August (Kings Park, Bournemouth) and will now NOT take place. Please do not turn up at either venue for these shows.
βAs a result, the company is not in a position to offer you a refund. However, if you bought VIP packages with a credit card, you should contact your credit card company immediately and ask them to refund your money. If you have purchased your tickets through one of the nominated ticket agents you should contact them in the first instance.β
Following the news of the cancelled show, Olly tweeted:Β
I'm so gutted for my fans in Exeter & Bournemouth. Although it's out of my control I'm still so sorry & hope I can get to see you all soon! pic.twitter.com/AUknRDZ67E

He had recently told fans how much he was looking forward to playing live in Bournemouth.
Fans have taken to social media to express their disappointment.

Devastated and no refund! How can they release 2000 more tickets and go bust a week later. You and your fans have been scammed. Disgusting x
