A toddler has been rushed to hospital with a serious head injury after falling from a window.
Emergency services, including the air ambulance, rushed to Arakan Crescent in Marchwood on Saturday after reports of a three-year-old boy falling from the window of a house.
A spokesman for South Central Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 11.22 with the caller reporting that a three-year-old boy had fallen approximately 12ft from a second-floor window of a house in Arakan Crescent.

"We sent an ambulance and the air ambulance to the scene. He had sustained a serious head injury and was taken by road to University Hospital Southampton with the air ambulance crew travelling with him."
Residents reported that eight police cars, an ambulance and the air ambulance were at the scene.
