A SEA of red exploded on the streets of Southampton as hundreds of schoolchildren celebrated all that is Spanish.
Pupils from St Denys Primary School brought a bit of the Costa del Sol to the city as they danced along the roads in Spanish-style clothing.
Many excited residents gathered along the pavements to support the children and also dance along with them. Music was pumped out of speakers attached to a bike at the front of the parade.
The Spanish Fiesta Parade is part of a project which was funded by a big lottery grant.
Children also had the chance to feel even more like they were in sunny Spain as they tired an array of Spanish Tapas.
