EASTLEIGH will need to beware Mikael Ndjoli in tomorrow's pre-season friendly against an AFC Bournemouth XI at the Silverlake Stadium (Tuesday, 7pm).

Having weighed in with a hat-trick against Hamworthy Recreation last week, the former Millwall marksman struck twice more on Saturday as Cherries Under-21s drew 3-3 with their Fulham counterparts in London.

Carl Fletcher, the Premier League club’s U21 coach, said: “We’re mixing it up with a trip to Eastleigh.

“It’ll be a different kind of test than the Fulham game.

“It’s important during this period that we have a varied fixture list to continue to give the players different environments to experience.”

It will be a useful workout too for Richard Hill’s National League outfit Eastleigh who, following the cancellation of prestige pre-season fixtures against AFC Wimbledon, Portsmouth and Newport County, have so far racked up wins against Basingstoke Town (4-0), Didcot Town (1-0), Blackfield & Langley (4-0) and Alton (9-0).

Admission tomorrow evening is £5 adults, £3 concessions and free for under-7s.
