MOTORISTS are facing significant delays after a Hampshire motorway was closed this morning.
The southbound carriageway of the M3 was shut at Eastleigh and traffic is building back towards Shawford and Winchester.
A road map shows that vehicles were stopped just north of junction 13, and there is traffic on the sliproad from the M27 westbound to the M3 north.
UPDATE: The M3 has now reopened and traffic is returning to normal
