DEBRIS in a Hampshire motorway is causing severe traffic problems this morning.
There are significant delays on the M27 westbound between junction eight for Bursledon and junction five for Eastleigh, as well as eastbound between junction eight for Bursledon and junction nine for Whiteley.
The incident follows an earlier closure on the M3 southbound.
Motorists are advised to check their routes before travelling.
