Woman taken to hospital after crash in Southampton
A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after being trapped in her vehicle following a crash.
Emergency services rushed to the scene at Green Lane in Southampton at 12:25pm after the woman suddenly came off the highway and crashed into railings.
Two crews from St Mary’s fire station cut her free from the car.
An ambulance officer and crew were also called to the scene and took her to Southampton General Hospital with minor injuries to her face.
Crews left the scene at 12:55pm.
