Police want to speak to this man after the incident in Weeke
POLICE have released an image of a man they would like to speak to after an alleged indecent exposure incident in Winchester.
A 31-year-old woman had parked her car in Burley Road, Weeke just before 10.15am on Thursday, August 10 when she witnessed the incident.
