TRAFFIC on main Hampshire roads was 'at a crawl' this morning as the bank holiday got underway.
Temperatures in the county were set to soar past 25C today and the weight of traffic was taking its toll.

There weare significant delays on the M3 southbound between junction eight and junction 14 for the M27, while tailbacks were building on the A31 westbound before Stoney Cross.
Traffic was also being reported on the A31 westbound at Ringwood.
There are now less serious delays on the A31 eastbound before Ower and on the M3 northbound between Eastleigh and Twyford.
