A SLICE of Love Island will be heading to Southampton as part of the UK’s biggest floating boat show.

The reality show’s Amber Davies will be hosting ladies’ day at theyachtmarket.com Southampton Boat Show on Thursday, September 21.

Thousands of ladies will don their best attire at the event which will offer a unique maritime experience in the heart of the city.

Among the attractions will be a luxury Moet & Chandon bar where Amber will host a very special ladies’ hour in which she will be mingling with visitors and offering guests the chance to win a host of fabulous prizes.

Inflate-a-Bellas, who are a highly skilled and extremely charming balloon twisting group, will also be showcasing their skills in a bid to wow adorning visitors with some brilliant balloon couture creations which include extravagant headdresses and hats to fabulous fascinators.

The Grand Cafe, who are sponsoring the event will also offer a Cointreau cocktail masterclass as well as offering a pre-show two course lunch.

The Ocean Scene will also take visitors on a luxury cruise which is fully equipped with sun-decks and a bar for a run around the Show, allowing trippers to see the spectacular purpose-built marina, which is Europe’s largest, from an entirely new perspective.

Meanwhile, local business Delicious Dining is organising activities for businesswomen in the area as part of a special ladies day package.

Amber, who hails from North Wales and she turned down a lead role in the musical Hairspray to be on the show, whom she won along with Kem Cetinay.

After winning the show, the Love Island also landed a £500,000 modelling contract with fashion retailer MotelRocks following an intense bidding war between major fashion retailers.

The couple also guess hosted Good Morning Britain’s Showbiz and Entertainment slot, usually done by Richard Arnold.

The Southampton Boat Show, in its 49th year is running until Sunday, September 24th and is expected to attract 100,000 visitors from across the country.
