CHRISTMAS came early in Portsmouth as the starry cast from Snow White and the Seven Magnificent Real Dwarfs entertained crowds and members of the media.

Melinda Messenger took centre stage as she signed autographs and posed for selfies whilst Anita Harris who plays the evil Queen Malevola showed her enjoyment as she played along with the public.

The Kings Theatre and New Pantomime Production’s are very excited about this year’s production; Armand Gerrard Artistic Director of the Kings said: “Pantomime is an extremely important time of year for us, and for the many children visiting it may be their first experience of going to a theatre. Our aim is to make it a memorable one”

This year’s full festive cast includes: Melinda Messenger, Anita Harris, Simon Grant, Marcus Patrick, Jack Edwards and Jordan Adams, along with seven magnificent real dwarfs, plus new star Hannah Lowther as Snow White.

Traditional pantomimes have been seen on the stage at the Kings since 1908 entertaining 40,000 patrons every year.
