OTTO Bingeris is treading on thin ice over pestering a woman.
Bingeris, 50, has admitted contacting the woman in Winchester despite being banned by a restraining order made on July 31.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard that Bingeris went to Marston Gate in Hyde on September 12.
Bingeris, of Christchurch Road, received a jail sentence of 12 weeks sentence but suspended for 12 months.
Magistrates said it was so serious because of his previous convictions and breaches of orders.
They also ordered Bingeris pay a £115 victim surcharge.
The restraining order was varied to last until July 30 2019.
