DOG owners will get the chance to show off their prized pooches during a community contest this weekend.
St. James' Park Dog Show and Family Fun Day will take place at the public green in Shirley today.
Alongside a contest for dogs all shapes and sizes, the third annual event will include a number of activities.
These include a bouncy castle, face painting and a tombola.
Food and drink will also be available from the Parklife Cafe.
The event is set to begin at 11am and end at 3pm.
