AN APPEAL has been launched to track down a missing Romsey man.
James Jessop, 22, was last seen in Southampton city centre on Sunday night while he was out with his friend.
He sent a message to his girlfriend at 6.50am on Monday morning (September 25) but he has not been seen or heard from since.
Sergeant Hollie Wilson, said: “We’d like to speak to anyone who thinks they have seen James this morning.
"His family and friends are very worried about him and it is extremely out of character for him to be out of touch for so long.
“James, if you’re reading this, please let us know you are safe.
“If anyone has any information, please contact us immediately.”
He is described as:
- White
- About 5ft 11ins
- Of athletic / stocky build
- He has short strawberry blond hair
- Last seen wearing a black top and a black baseball cap
