The attack happened in Bevois Valley
A MAN arrested on suspicion of raping a teenager after she left a club has been released but remains under investigation.
Police in Southampton continue to investigate the incident which occurred just after 1am on Sunday.
A 19-year-old woman reported she was raped by a man shortly after she left Jesters nightclub on Bevois Valley Road.
Officers investigating the case arrested a man, 20, in connection with the incident.
He was questioned by officers and has since been released under investigation.
