THOUSANDS of students danced the night away celebrating one of the biggest fresher nights of the year.
More than 5,000 students from Southampton Solent University donned their white t-shirts and partied the night away in force across eight venues in the city including Switch, Orange Rooms, Buddha, The Social and the London Road Brew House.
Organised by Dirty Box Promotions and Southampton Solent University students union, the event is a bar and club style pub crawl that aims to get students out and experiencing Southampton's nightlife offering.
After revellers have visited a venue, they tick off each one at the back of their white t-shirts.
Ninety Degrees in Carlton Place, Kelly's Bar and Tokyo were also packed full of students.
Solent University's freshers calendar will finish this Sunday, October 1 with the union's Freshers Ball at superclub Oceana featuring Lethal Bizzle - famous for his hit Fester Shank - which made the top ten charts in 2015 while the University of Southampton will have their Big Night Out on Thursday, October 12.
