  • ASHLEY GREGORY, of Middlebrook, Bishop’s Waltham. Found guilty of not meeting vehicle insurance requirements. Fined £250. Costs £50. £30 victim surcharge.
  • ZOE DAWN POTHECARY, 31, of Borough Road, Petersfield. Found guilty of keeping an unlicensed vehicle. Fined £440. Costs £90. Ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £90.
  • CHRIS SWAIN-EDWARDS, 29, of Pendennis Road, Portsmouth. Found guilty of not meeting insurance requirements. Fined £220. Costs £110, with £30 victim surcharge.

  • ORLIN YANKOV, 44, of Ley Road, Farnborough. Found guilty of keeping an unlicensed vehicle. Fined £440. Costs £90. Ordered to pay back vehicle excise back duty of £97.92.
  • JOEL LAWRENCE, 36, no fixed address. Admitted breaching supervision requirements. Jailed for 12 days.
  • KEVIN PROUD, 51, of Lodge Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft and assault. Fined £120. Costs £40. £50 compensation.
  • IEUAN ALEXANDER REED, 33, of Andrew Lane, New Milton. Found guilty of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. Costs £30, order set to continue with rehabilitation activity requirement.

  • SAMUEL YEO, 20, of HMP Bullingdon. Pleaded guilty to assaulting. Jailed for four months. Restraining order made to ensure no contact with victim. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

  • MICHAEL STARKEY, 51, of Brintons Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to present an internet enabled device as part of the sexual offences prevention order. Jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for two years. Sexual harm prevention order made for six years. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 victim surcharge.
  • GIANNI GIANNINOM, 34, of Junction Road, Totton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Community order made. Banned for 24 months. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
