Trainee chefs and waiters greeted visitors with a complimentary drink and handed out food and drink samples during a Ladies Night.
Catering tutor Joanna Leather said: “Our students have really enjoyed taking part in this fantastic event and have gained lots of professional customer service experience whilst working under pressure.”
Students taking part included Phillip Carruthers, Cian Parker-Hall, Cobi Campbell, Kyle O’Dwyer, Kayleigh Worth, Imogyn Ireland, Jordon Birch.
The trainees from the college’s Scholars Restaurant have been invited to support two further events next month including a Christmas themed promotion.
