A rack of clothes
SOUTHAMPTON fashionistas are invited to a clothes exchange event.
Taking place at BySea Coffee Lounge in Portswood, it is a chance to get rid of old threads and pick up something new – all in the aid of charity.
Organised by the Sailors’ Society, it will take place on Saturday.
Director of development at the society, Adam Stacey, said: “Not only will you be supporting a local charity, but you’ll also have the chance to look hip and save something from the tip.”
The event is free to attend and runs from 1pm to 5pm.
The Sailors’ Society aims to transform the lives of seafarers and their families at home, in port and at sea through the delivery of chaplaincy, education and support.
