LOUISE MCDONALD, 33, of Kingsclere Avenue, Southampton. Found guilty of assault and property damage. A community order was made, including an alcohol treatment requirement. £85 victim surcharge. £100 compensation.

JANUSZ ANDRZEJ GRODZKI, 60, of 2 Jessamine Road, Southampton. Found guilty of breaching a restraining order. Fined £350 with £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

RAYMOND HARVEY, 50, of The Avenue, Southampton. Found guilty of assault. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. A restraining order was made. £20 victim surcharge with £85 costs.

JUSTIN MARK BOWDITCH, 30, of Sycamore Road, Bishops Waltham, Hampshire. Found guilty of assault and property damage. A community order and a restraining order were made. £85 victim surcharge with £25 costs.

ANTHONY DAVID SHERRED, 28, of The Square, Lymington. Found guilty of assault. A community order was made, including an unpaid work requirement. Sherred was ordered to pay compensation of £75. £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

HARRY MICHAEL JOSEPH SMITH, 24, of Wynton Way, Fareham. Found guilty of stealing a pair of headphones. Discharged conditionally for 6 months. Smith was ordered to pay £93.99 compensation with £20 victim surcharge and £25 costs.

ALLAN MICHAEL TAYLOR, 37, of Bullar Road, Southampton. Found guilty of use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. A community order was made. Taylor was fined £40 with £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Gareth GOUGH, 42, of Lankhills Road, Winchester. Found guilty of cannabis possession. Discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JAMES JUSTICE MILLAR, 34, of Moore Avenue, Bournemouth. Found guilty of stealing a bottle of rum. Fined £100 with £26.99 compensation and £150 costs.

PAULO ALEXANDRO VALERIO, 32, of 14 Denzil Avenue Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without a licence. Sentenced to 16 weeks suspended for 24 months, curfew with electronic monitoring for three months. Ordered to complete rehabilitation activity, victim surcharge of £115, costs of £85, disqualified from driving for three years and driving licence endorsed.

DARON YOUNG, 49, of Flat 11 Shaftesbury Court, Coates Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to not giving a breath sample when driving. Also failed to surrender to custody. Fined £100, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £85, costs of £600. Disqualified from driving for 28 months reduced by 213 days if a course is completed. Driving licence endorsed.

GARY CHAPMAN, 35, of HM Prison, Romsey Road, Winchester. Stole cosmetics worth £65from Wilko and cream worth £15 from Wilko. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £65, victim surcharge of £30 and court costs £85.

COLIN JAMES WOOD, 35, 6 Westcliff Mews, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat and cheese worth £65 from Coop. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £65, costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £30.

NIKITA FOOKS, 30, 7 St Andrews Green, Meonstoke, Southampton. Pleaded guilty of failing to notify Winchester City Council that she was living as husband and wife with Richard Poole who was in paid employment. Ordered to carry out unpaid work for 130 hours within the next 12 months and a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £100.

LOUIS JUSTIN ROSER, 25, of 40 Fullerton Close, Weston, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without a licence. Jailed for 20 weeks. Ordered to pay surcharge of £115, disqualified for three years 70 days, driving licence endorsed.
