The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates Court.

PAULO ALEXANDRO VALERIO, 32, of 14 Denzil Avenue Southampton. Guilty to drink driving and driving without a licence. Sentenced to 16 weeks suspended for 24 months, curfew with electronic monitoring for three months. Ordered to complete rehabilitation activity, victim surcharge of £115, costs of £85, banned from driving for three years and driving licence endorsed.

DARON YOUNG, 49, of Flat 11 Shaftesbury Court, Coates Road, Southampton. Guilty to not giving a breath sample. Also failed to surrender to custody. Fined £100, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £85, costs of £600. Banned from driving for 28 months reduced by 213 days if a course is completed. Driving licence endorsed.

GARY CHAPMAN, 35, of HM Prison, Romsey Road, Winchester. Guilty to theft of cosmetics worth £65 from Wilko and cream worth £15 from Wilko. Conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £65, victim surcharge of £30 and court costs £85.

COLIN JAMES WOOD, 35, 6 Westcliff Mews, Southampton. Guilty to stealing meat and cheese worth £65 from Coop. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £65, costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £30.

NIKITA FOOKS, 30, 7 St Andrews Green, Meonstoke. Guilty of failing to notify Winchester City Council that she was living as husband and wife with Richard Poole who was in paid employment. Ordered to carry out unpaid work for 130 hours within the next 12 months and a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £100.

LOUIS JUSTIN ROSER, 25, of 40 Fullerton Close, Weston, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without a licence. Jailed for 20 weeks. Ordered to pay surcharge of £115, disqualified for three years 70 days, driving licence endorsed.

Marley Levi Warner, 22, of HMP Bullingdon. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Jailed for 16 weeks and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Christopher Robert Johnson, 29, of St Mary Street, Southampton. Guilty to trying to use a stolen gift voucher to pay for items, committing fraud. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.

Reece Michael Binks, 20, of Fair Oak Road, Bishopstoke. Guilty to damaging two windows and window boxes belonging to Greene King Pubs worth £630 and two cases of assault by beating. Given an eight-week prison sentence and ordered to pay £225 compensation.

David James Fisher, 29, of Bridge Close, Bursledon. Guilty to breaching a restraining order, breaching a suspended sentence. Jailed for 24 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Frederick Anthony Foster, 30, of no fixed address. Admitted breach of community order by failing to keep in touch with case manager. Jailed for 12 weeks.

Yohan Amine Sabia, 20, of Walpole Road, Winchester. Guilty to having six grams of cannabis. Fined £130 and ordered to pay £30 victim services and £85 costs.

Ruben Jose Fernandes, 29, of Highcliff Avenue, Southampton. Guilty to drink driving. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Luke James French, 39, of Millbrook Towers, Windermere Avenue, Southampton. Guilty to driving under the influence of two drugs and crashing into four cars. Community order made and drug rehabilitation requirement put in place. Fined £65 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 24 months.

Jackson Dean Holt, 23, of Nelson Road, Portsmouth. Pleaded guilty to stealing DVDs and alcohol from a supermarket, and having a foil lined bag for the use of or in connection with, theft. Jailed for four months, suspended for one year.

Christopher Joseph King, 36, of Runnymede, West End. Guilty to speeding. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jake Paul Bockhart, 26, of Manor Farm Close, New Milton. Guilty to assault. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

James Stewart Henderson, 56, of Chiltern Close, Chiltern Green, Millbrook, Southampton. Admitted breach of a supervision order and stealing alcohol. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

Charlton Donald Andrew Morgan, 20, of William Macleod Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £150 costs.
