ARTISTS in The Wallops near Stockbridge held a successful art exhibition, with more than 300 pieces on display.
The event at Wallops Parish Hall was supported by residents and visitors from further afield.
Guests were treated to a visual display of artistic delights, including many pottery pieces.
The preview evening was attended by the mayor of Test Valley, Cllr Carl Borg-Neal and his wife Maria Borg-Neal.
The mayor opened the proceedings before awarding the prize for best painting on preview night which was ‘Home Time Taxi’ by Wendy Willis.
The mayoress was then presented with a bouquet of flowers by Loraine Halsey, a member of Wallop Artists.
On the exhibition’s last day, other prizes were awarded. The Libby Pike award went to Helen Logan for ‘Amur Wilderness’ and the Evie Haywood award went to Janette Kinch for best flow
