The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

Joanna Berman, 26, of Fryern Close, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Given a 12-month conditional discharge. Restraining order made and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Benjamin Lucas Smith, 39, of Southcote Road, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Lisa Shaw, 39, of Gladys Avenue, Nelson, Portsmouth. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Kathryn Rebecca Hampton, 35, of Broadlands Road, Hampton Park. Pleaded guilty to stealing £298.35 of items from Tesco. Given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Joshua Connor Pack, 25, of Old Redbridge Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £100 compensation and £115 victim surcharge as well as £85 costs.

Peter Leonard Cowing, 60, of Ivy Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £320 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Sharon Maria Brooker, 53, of Greenway Road, Gosport. Pleaded guilty to stealing £273.80 of food from a supermarket. Community order made and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mandy Margaret Wood, 36, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. Admitted breach of community order by failing to attend drug rehabilitation requirement. Ordered to pay £50 costs.

Alexandr Berezanski, 25, of Honeysuckle Road, Swaythling, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and driving under the influence of drugs. Community order made and ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £370 costs.

Daniel Coker, 26, of Trafalgar Court, Nelson Drive, Christchurch. Found guilty of driving a vehicle that was unlicensed. Fined £220 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £45 as well as £90 costs.

Dennis Gordon, 34, of Croydon Close, Lordshill, Southampton. Found guilty of driving a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £110 costs.

Damian Hunter, 30, of Barn Meadow Close, Fleet. Found guilty of driving a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £110 costs.

Carl Scott Pearson, 28, of Dunsbury Way, Havant. Found guilty of driving a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £110 costs.

Douglas Page, 28, of Paynes Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made and fined £50. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Michael Raymond Addison, 59, of Burgoyne Road, Thornhill. Pleaded guilty to breaching non-molestation order. Community order made and restraining order put in place. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jonathan Andrew Colthart, 24, of High Street, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made and fined £100. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Craig Fisher, 30, of Colby Street, Southampton. Found guilty of assault. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

Alex David Morley, 27, of Alton Close, Fair Oak. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Community order made and restraining order put in place. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Maciej Wiercinski, 47, of Queensway, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of whiskey and two cases of assault. Community order made and ordered to carry out 150 hours unpaid work. Ordered to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs.

Christopher Phillip Young, 25, of Crusader Road, Hedge End. Admitted committing a breach of the peace. Ordered to pay £85 costs and a six-month binding order of £100.

Lyle Stephen Siddall, 24, of Millbrook Towers, Windermere Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and breaching a suspended sentence. Given an 14-week prison sentence and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Liam Michael Clark, 30, of Matheson Road, Lordshill, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Given a 12-week prison sentence and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
