MOTORISTS are facing delays after a rush-hour crash on a Hampshire motorway.
The incident happened on the M27 westbound just after junction 12 for Portsmouth at about 7.30am.
One lane is blocked and traffic is building in the area, with delays of up to 25 minutes being reported.
There is also slow-moving traffic in both directions on the M27 between junction nine for Whiteley and junction five for Eastleigh.
