THE World Naked Bike Ride is returning to Southampton next year.
Organisers of the annual spectacle have announced that the 2018 event in the city will take place on the evening of June 1.
A similar ride will be staged in Portsmouth the following afternoon.
Organisers say consecutive dates have been chosen so that people determined to bare all can take part in both events.

This year's World Naked Bike Ride in Southampton saw hundreds of cyclists tackle a six-mile route that took in Portswood, Bevois Valley and the city centre, including Oxford Street and The Avenue.
The dress code is "come as bare as you dare".
But the eye-catching event is not just about getting naked. It is also billed as a protest against oil dependency and an illustration of how vulnerable cyclists are on the roads.
Any form of transport is encouraged, apart from cars. Organisers also welcome skateboards, scooters and rollerblades.
