TWO people have been arrested in connection with a number of burglaries in Chandler’s Ford in recent weeks.
A 32-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman, both from Eastleigh, have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit burglary.
The man remains in custody at this time and the woman has been released under investigation.
Last week, Hampshire police said that a number of houses were targeted during the day and early evening when people were out.
Patio doors were forced to gain entry and various items of jewellery and cash were stolen.
On dates between November 7 and 15, there were eight separate incidents logged with the police in addressed is Chandler's Ford and Hedge End.
